ATN REPAYS its MILLION DOLLAR DEBENTURE

TORONTO, CANADA, June 9, 2008 – “Asian Television Network International Limited  (ATN)  (TSX-SAT),  Canada’s  pioneer  South  Asian  broadcaster  and  the country’s largest distributor of world class cricket is pleased to announce the total repayment of our million dollar debenture due June 9 2008. “We are pleased that we have been able to repay this debenture from our operating cash flow“said Mr. Shan Chandrasekar President and CEO of ATN.

“ATN will continue to present an improving balance sheet for our investors with this pay down of a significant portion of our long-term debt which was achieved by our outstanding growth in revenue and earnings over the past 3 years.” said Mr. Byrne Fulton Chief financial Officer of ATN
