ENGLAND - WEST INDIES- INDIA CRICKET RIGHTS WON BY ATN

TORONTO, CANADA May 15, 2007   Asian Television Network International Limited (ATN) (TSX-SAT), Canada’s pioneer South Asian Broadcaster and Canada’s largest Distributor of World Class Cricket announces it has secured the Canadian Broadcast Rights for the cricket series between England and West Indies and India commencing

May 17th, 2007 and running until September 8th 2007.  Some games will be shown live on CBN and re-broadcast on ATN- Cricket Plus.  Some will be telecast live on ATN- Cricket Plus and re-broadcast on CBN. These include ODI’s, Twenty 20’s and Test Matches. These include NatWest Series ODI’s, NatWest International Twenty 20’s and npower Test Matches.

These games between England and West Indies and England/ India feature three of the worlds Cricket powerhouse teams and will take place in England.  The teams want to reclaim victory after bowing out at the recently completed 2007 World Cup.  Each team has a number of their World Cup players participating in the series as well as some outstanding young players keen for international recognition.
